American rapper and music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre since September 2024, was reportedly rushed to the Brooklyn Hospital Centre at approximately 10 p.m. for an MRI scan.
According to a law enforcement source who spoke to the New York Post, the late-night transfer was arranged discreetly to avoid drawing attention from other inmates or prison authorities. After undergoing the MRI, Combs was returned to his cell a few hours later.
Diddy has been facing multiple legal battles since his arrest on September 17, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan by Homeland Security Investigations. He was subsequently charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and other serious offenses.
In October 2024, a 120-person sexual assault lawsuit was filed against him, with Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee representing the alleged victims, some of whom were minors at the time of the alleged abuse. Diddy's attorneys have strongly denied these allegations, calling them “false and defamatory.”
Despite attempts to secure bail, his requests have been denied by the court, and more alleged victims continue to come forward with claims against him.
