Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has pledged to expedite the completion of ongoing road rehabilitation projects in Mowe and Magboro communities within the Obafemi Owode Local Government Area.
During an inspection tour, Governor Abiodun assured residents that the state government is committed to improving infrastructure to enhance the quality of life and stimulate economic activities.
The Governor acknowledged the challenges faced by residents due to the state of the roads and emphasized that his administration is focused on delivering on its promises. He also announced plans to award the construction of the Sango-Ijoko-Akute road within the week, describing the project as a historic milestone in Ogun State's development journey.
Governor Abiodun highlighted that since the inception of his administration, over 1,000 kilometers of roads have been constructed across the state, demonstrating a commitment to infrastructural development and regional connectivity.
Residents expressed appreciation for the government's efforts and looked forward to the timely completion of the projects, which are expected to alleviate traffic congestion and boost local economies.
